Strong stocks
—Top-RS names with 10 new highs in 30d. Liquid. Volume accumulation. First base or recent IPO.
Inside the hot groups, only the few names with relative strength + a clean tape qualify. First-base preference plus recent IPOs keeps you in left-side leaders.
